About Coastal

Coastal Travel & Tour is a licensed local travel agency based in Lonely Beach, Koh Chang, with our head office at Beach Jungle.

After years of welcoming travellers through Beach Jungle and Sleep Inn, we saw the same problems come up again and again with transfers, ferries, taxis and tours.

Sometimes a driver would arrive without the guest’s name, destination or complete booking details. At the same time, guests were often left wondering whether their vehicle would arrive, who they should look for, or who to contact if there was a delay or problem.

We realised there was a gap between making a booking and actually being looked after.

That’s why we created Coastal.

Our aim is to make travel around Koh Chang and beyond as simple, reliable and well-supported as possible. We work closely with local transport operators and tour providers, confirm the important details, communicate clearly, and give our customers a real local contact if something doesn’t go according to plan.

We also work hard to offer competitive rates, flexible payment options and helpful local advice, so you can make the right choice for your journey without unnecessary hassle.

Our roots in Lonely Beach go back around a decade through Beach Jungle, with Sleep Inn joining our local network several years later. Coastal Travel & Tour has now been operating formally for around three years, bringing that experience together into one dedicated travel service.
