Cancellation & refunds
A WhatsApp request does not take payment. Secure online payment is offered for eligible bookings more than 24 hours ahead. Payment receipt is separate from travel confirmation: your booking is confirmed when the operator accepts and Coastal sends your booking confirmation.
Review the fare, inclusions and operator conditions shown with your chosen service before paying. Card, Apple Pay, Wise and PayPal carry a 5% Coastal payment surcharge; other listed methods have no Coastal surcharge. Cash payment to Coastal is in person at Beach Jungle. Your provider may charge its own conversion or transfer fees. Departures within 24 hours and services needing a team quote require an availability check first. Payment receipt is not a travel ticket. If the operator cannot accept your booking, contact Coastal to arrange an alternative or refund. Service-specific cancellation and no-show conditions apply after confirmation.
