Before you travel
- Rates and timetable supplied for 1 October 2026–30 September 2027. Other dates require confirmation.
- Your reservation time and hotel pickup time may differ. Please be ready at the confirmed time; traffic can delay pickup by up to 30 minutes.
- Pattaya pickup coverage runs from Na Jomtien Soi 4 to Sukhumvit Road 6/2 near Cholchan Pattaya. We will confirm your hotel is covered.
- On arrival at Ao Thammachat, staff provide your ferry ticket. For hotel-transfer packages, an island vehicle meets you at Ao Sapparot to continue to your Koh Chang hotel.
- Soi Buakhao and nearby connecting roads may have drop-off at the entrance only. Tell us your Pattaya hotel in advance; otherwise drop-off is at Terminal 21.
- Vehicles may change according to passenger numbers. Oversized luggage requires an extra seat. Pets are not permitted.
- No-shows are charged 100%. Payment is due one day before travel. Other cancellation terms must be confirmed before payment.
- Return tickets are open for one month; confirm the return journey 1–2 days in advance.
