Updated Boonsiri schedules apply from 11 October 2026; the supplied contract runs through 31 May 2027. Boat departures and hotel pickups are different: Coastal confirms your exact collection time. All times are Thailand time. Pickup windows depend on your hotel. Confirm your date and seats with Coastal.
Boonsiri booking conditions
Cancellation: 100% of the ticket price is refundable when the request is submitted at least 3 days before the scheduled departure date, during Boonsiri’s official business hours. Contact Coastal for cancellations with less notice.
No-shows: the ticket is forfeited, with no refund or date change.
Changes, check-in & service information
Date changes: the first change is free with at least 3 days’ notice during business hours. Further changes cost 20% of the ticket price. All changes depend on seat availability; restrictions may apply on public holidays and peak dates.
Check-in: arrive at the designated meeting point at least 45 minutes before departure unless advised otherwise. Hotel pickup is earlier; Coastal will confirm your collection time.
Schedules and transport may change for operational, weather or safety reasons. Boonsiri will try to arrange alternatives; disruption refunds are subject to its policy.

What still needs confirmation?
Final fares, child pricing and precise pickup coverage will be confirmed by our team before you pay.
When is my transfer confirmed?
Your booking is confirmed after payment is received and our team sends your booking confirmation. Eligible journeys offer online payment; other requests are arranged on WhatsApp.
