Cancellations or date changes must reach Coastal before 16:00 Thailand time on the day before travel. After this deadline, the full fare is charged. No-shows are non-refundable.
Airport pickup follows the confirmed flight.

Send your request on WhatsApp and tell us you are travelling soon. Please wait for our team to confirm availability before making travel plans.
What still needs confirmation?
Final fares, child pricing and precise pickup coverage will be confirmed by our team before you pay.
When is my transfer confirmed?
Your booking is confirmed after payment is received and our team sends your booking confirmation. Eligible journeys offer online payment; other requests are arranged on WhatsApp.
